History of Loft Living
Our family run company was established in 1980. We do not sub-contract work out unlike many other companies because we make our living from building lofts not selling them. The person that estimates your loft is also the person who builds it. We have had no complaints and have been recommended by our clients and by surveyors numerous times. Most of our work is by recommendation which is why attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship are achieved. We want you to recommend us as well! We can arrange for you to view any of our latest projects as our clients are normally proud to show off their new conversion.
Design and Site Inspections
Loft Living offer a professional design service totally free of charge. We suggest alternative designs or take your ideas and develop them into workable solutions ensuring that the concept conforms to the latest building regulations. Our structural calculations are produced using computer software technology in line with current local authority regulations.
A local authority building inspector visits your home during loft construction to inspect and approve each critical stage. We will liaise with inspector and they will on final inspection issue you with a full building control completion certificate.
Ten Year Guarantee
Our lofts are constructed to the highest standards so we can issue you a full 10 years Guarantee.
Cost
Unlike other companies we have no hidden charges. Whatever the final cost is you agree with us before we start your loft is what we are committed to, giving you your fully made loft conversion.
