Dear Andy and Clive,
Apologies for the delay in sending you this email.
Both Sue and I wanted to thank Clive and the team for the highly professional build and finish to our new loft extension. During the 8-10 week build we did put some pressure on Clive's team to finish the extension due to the impending birth of our child. I am pleased to say that they finished on time, (and we had a baby girl).
I would also like to add that Loft Living were very clean and tidy and always made an effort at the end of each day to leave the house as they found it. Clive, Andy and Damian were all really friendly and professional during the 2 month build and made an effort to explain what they were doing daily which makes a big difference when you not expecting what to get home to after a long day at work.
It is very rare to find a building team that have the complete package and I would certainly recommend Loft Living to any potential customer.
The only negative comment I will make is that I am still waiting for Clive to invite me for a round of Golf!

To any one thinking of having a loft conversion we can totally recommend this company, they started when they said they would, worked on our house every day until it was finished, all their work force were polite at all times and very clean and tidy,
We now have a lovely addition to our home, best money ever spent!
